I saw that yes nutrition was a key, but it was only one piece of the puzzle wreaking havoc on my hormones:

I officially healed my PCOS by the time I hit 31 and fell pregnant naturally on my 34th birthday.
I knew I wanted to have kids one day, so having that operation was the wake up call I needed - clearly all the "health hacks" weren't working - so I decided to dedicate myself to figuring out how to actually heal my body once and for all.
I spent the last 6 years researching and learning what the true driving causes of hormonal imbalances are. Exploring from all angles (conventional and non-conventional) and experimenting with what I discovered. I took courses, trainings, certifications and read books.
I studied everything that lies behind our hormonal function - metabolism, nervous system, gut health, cellular health, energetics, emotional stress and the limiting beliefs that drive us to treat ourselves like shit!
I realised I needed to change not only my lifestyle but my mindset and the emotions that were driving me to extremes and chaos.
I finally scrapped extreme “healthy” fad diets and added in small sustainable nutritional tweaks, returning to more traditional ways of nourishing myself. I tested supplements with curiosity rather than hoping for the next saviour in a bottle.
I spent thousands undergoing over a year of trauma therapy, and I dove deep into mindset work, assessing my values, identity, and coping mechanisms, and making difficult changes where I found myself living out of alignment.
Ultimately examining and taking full responsibility for my life - reconnecting to my body, rewiring my nervous system, and relearning what it means to be a woman, for real this time.

Clearly all the "health hacks" weren't working
The wake up call:
I got my first excruciating period when I was 10 and was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager.
I grew up in a single mother household. I experienced a lot of emotional chaos, financial insecurity, and parental animosity as a child. I didn't know where my dad was, or when I'd see him a lot of the time - and my mum was highly stressed. My inner world developed to emotional chaos, turbulence, and scarcity.
Over the years I obsessed over "fixing" my body. I wasted so much time and energy putting my hope and money into the next new diet, new modality, new supplement,but very little actually moved the needle and nothing gave me lasting results.
After my health and hormones got so out of control, I ended up needing to have an operation to remove a polyp, I was left totally confused and deflated. Because things seemed to be getting worse not better, even though I was ticking all the "hormone healthy" boxes; fasting in the morning, eating plant based, no sugar or dairy. PLUS I was certified in Nutrition + Naturopathy and was working full time as a yoga + Pilates teacher.
I was being influenced by masculine "science" that told me I should be fasting, controlling and restrictive. I was living that "healthy girl" lifestyle on the outside, but on the inside:

When are the live calls and what happens if I miss one?

You can presubmit your questions whether you are joining live or not (this saves us time for more coaching). Calls are recorded and uploaded weekly. You’ll also be able to get your questions answered in the private community, where I coach Monday-Friday. Live calls are every Wednesday at 6pm London Time - however, if many people join from time zones that are not compatible (Australia for example) I will change the calls on alternating weeks to 10am BST UK time, to suit everyone. Any necessary changes to call days or times will be put in the updates section and you'll be given plenty of warning.
I’ve got a busy life. Can I actually do this?

Do I need any supplements or special equipment?

Nope. The only optional items are a digital thermometer and oximeter (under £30 total).
All recommendations are food- or habit-based. Supplements are discussed, but never required. There are additional equipment suggestions you can choose to add, but they are not necessary and I will always do my best to suggest affordable options and get you a discount where I can.
